So I've just accepted my first handful of samples from a drug rep.
I shamelessly asked for them (to take myself) and he obliged.
Is this the start of a long and amoral love affair with pharmaceutical reps?
Perhaps.
(For the record, it was vitamin D and also for the record I think the stuff should be mega-dosed into the water table. Just sayin'.)

Welcome to the dark side, Luke.
Just curious, do they have a vitamin D3 in Ireland? D2 really isn't as good as D3.
@Grump: I've never been afraid of the dark...
@JM: Yep, these are D3 tablets, available OTC.
I hate the dark. I much prefer milk chocolate.
:O

Kinda surprised that Ireland gets even less sun than rural Canada!

My vitamin D supplier.
Hahah, I am a *total* Vit D pusher!! In fact, I am going to audit the practice and get all the >60's on the juice! :D
ABB! Vitamin D! Be still my heart!
First vitamin D, then skin lotion. It's a slippery slope :)
I'm a Vitamin D pusher too. Same weather as in Ireland
Yes! Take it! Then when your patient loses her job and her imitrex is going to cost $167 for nine pills (2005 prices), you can load her up with free samples.
I am still grateful, Dr Light.
