I know, you are the first person I thought of when I realised I might be on the other side of the pond. :) Yes it would be amazing. I also really like your USE OF CAPITAL LETTERS FOR YOUR COMMENT!!! hahahahahaha
Congratulations. And good luck. Not that I've ever done it but I've been told it is really nice to go to an interview with OPTIONS. I.e. when they ask "what will you do if you don't get it". I had a friend who was able to say "well, I had offers from med schools in 3 different countries". She got in there as well..... So you know that you can tell them to stick if it the interview goes downhill (not that you will and not that it will).
Sorry, I was just excited, and by "party all over europe" I meant "drink red wine from local vinyards around europe while eating local cheeses and discussing important and intelligent topics"... just to clarify. :P When is your interview, I'd love to come be your cheerleader.
DF-Thanks for the congrats. I am partially just stoked that I didn't get yet another rejection! And yes, it is nice have options.
The morning part of it is a group interview--so it ought to be interesting to see how a bunch of overachieving type A's perform under the gun while trying to impress the interviewers...I just wish I could bring in a notepad as I am sure there will be some blog fodder from the day! :)
