Well they aren't that dazzling really but I've been wanting to mess with the layout of the blog for a while and this is what my procrastination bred today.

ReplyDeleteRH--Oh nooooo! I was hoping that it'd be *easier* on the eyes. I hate blogs that I find hard on the eyes! I miss the pic too and am still tinkering with trying to get it to center properly and not look like a giant distracting blob in the center of the screen.
I think I'd like bureauscience more if I wasn't writing a stats paper at the same time!!!

The layout looks good. I do the same thing sometimes, but end up abandoning the project before I come up with anything I find acceptable. However, it is a great way to waste a day and wonder where the time went.
Hate change? That really messes with my brain. I think that thought is causing some neurons to misfire, right now. I may even have developed a new sub-clinical almost Parkinsonian twitch.
Now, when I feel the need to change my format, I usually just add a quote to the sidebar and temporarily appease my need for perpetual change.
The blog looks good.

ReplyDeleteThanks, I am glad you like the change. I had done the same many times, totally new format but jsut couldn't bring myself to hit the "save" button and always chickened out.
Now it's like a new pair of pants. I keep looking at it, trying to decide what I think about it now that it's been around for a few days.
I just really didn't like the narrow text box so that was the final kicker for change.

I love it! I am going to see If i can do the lines around each blog. And I like the smaller photo. I wish I could do that with mine.... will experiment.. ;) and hopefully won't delete my whole blog....
